1. About IN-BETWEEN

IN-BETWEEN is an AI-powered philosophical dialogue companion designed to provide new perspectives and relational insights in areas such as personal relationships, personal history, and workplace dynamics. The service does not constitute psychotherapy, medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or any form of professional mental health counseling or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a personal crisis or are at risk of self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or professional support immediately.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. IN-BETWEEN is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payments and Credits

IN-BETWEEN uses Paddle (paddle.com) as our primary Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payments, taxes, and invoices.

• We offer one-time session purchases and session bundles. There are no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals.
• Credits and session packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• All transactions are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Access the service via automated means (bots, scrapers).
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
• Resell the service or create mass accounts for non-personal use.
• Use AI outputs for illegal or fraudulent activities.

6. AI Disclaimer

Responses from IN-BETWEEN are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality insights, AI may produce inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete suggestions. AI outputs are for self-exploration only, and users assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on these responses.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy. Specifically, if you complete a paid session reaching the FLOW stage and feel the service provided no value, you may request a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. All refunds are processed via the Paddle platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IN-BETWEEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
