IN-BETWEEN is dedicated to providing valuable insights. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we offer the following refund policy.
1. Our Commitment
We believe in the depth of IN-BETWEEN's sessions. If you complete a paid session reaching the FLOW stage but feel the service "was not worth it" or failed to provide an effective new perspective, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.
2. One-Time Purchases
- Timeframe: Within 14 days of purchase.
- Validity: Refunds apply if the account has not shown patterns of abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Session Bundles
- Initial Period: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no sessions from the bundle have been fully consumed.
- Partial Usage: Once a session from a bundle is completed (reaching PERSPECTIVE), the bundle is considered partially used and may only be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, typically due to technical failures.
- Note: All refund requests are processed via the Paddle platform.
4. Ineligible Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The request is made after the 14-day window.
- The account was terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- Value was already compensated through other channels.
5. How to Request
Email hello@in-between.app with the following:
- Your account email address.
- Your Paddle Order ID.
- A brief reason for the refund (to help us improve).
Our team will respond within 2 business days.
6. Processing
All refunds are processed by our payment partner, Paddle. Once approved, funds usually arrive back to your original payment method within 5–14 business days. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
